Does blood fish and bone attract rats?

I would like to bulk buy some BFB and put it out in the shed. Does anyone know whether rats would recognise it as food and gnaw through the bag? I would rather know in advance as no room in the house and a shame to toss a 25kg bag!

    I had a big plastic tub of it in the shed a few years ago and something nibbled a hole through it

    It certainly attracts dogs and foxes so I wouldn't be at all surprised.
