Put a smile on their beaks ....

I had an old feather pillow and put some of the feathers in a hanging seed feeder in the garden. Well, the sparrows in particular have gone bonkers for them. They pull out and drop the ones they don't fancy, until they find one or two that are " just right" then off they wizz, with great purpose, back to the nest. Both males and females doing this. I have to refill it every other day.  Lovely to think how many chicks are cosy due to one old pillow. Who else does this?
