Newly planted apple tree pruning advice

Hi all,

My wife and daughter came home with this Apple tree and I have planted it since about 5 days ago. Please forgive the questions but I'm very new to this ๐Ÿ˜Š

So I understand that it requires pruning to promote the correct growth type and have heard of terms like goblet style etc. But I'm not entirely sure and wanted to see if anyone here (I'm sure) has better advice for a newbie lol

The label of the tree was lost in transit apparently so all they could recall was it had 'Cox' in the name and it was purchased from The Range in Croydon.

Here are some pics http://imgur.com/a/uTDj1kd .ย The current height is 5ft from soil.

Any advice is greatly appreciated ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Just realised I may have picked the wrong category? Went for 'fruit & veg' blindly ๐Ÿ˜…

Might be an idea to go back and see if they have other trees with labels, so you can get the right info, as it very much depends on variety and rootstock as to weather it will grew big or need another apple to pollinate.

Tried calling them several times and can't get through.ย  Will pop over there at some point to confirm.ย  Thanks :)
