Bunny Tail grass - help

Hi all I bought a bunny tail grass growing kit from Sainsburys a couple of months ago and it’s growing well but no sign of any bunny tails. It’s in full sun, and I water a little every day. What am I doing wrong? Photo attached Thank you!

It's looking very healthy, but l think it's still a bit early for the "bunny tails" to appear.

The bunny tails are flower / seed heads so will take time to develop.

It looks very grassy. I’ve grown some from seeds this year, I’m not sure how that will look in borders, may need to stay in pots. Mine is only tiny at the moment.

Instead of watering every day, stick your finger into the top few inches of compost. If it's damp, leave it alone. If it's dry, give it a soak - make sure it can drain well, you need holes in the bottom of that container. It will flower later when it's ready.
  • Thank you all for all of your advice!!!! I’ve moved it outside now the weather is nice.
