Another plant ID please

I've found these two growing in my herb bed. They're definitely not anything that I've planted myself as I had a good clear out a few weeks ago.

Any ideas please? Thank you

Looks like a willowherb. There are many varieties. All weeds
    In London. Keen but lazy.

Top one looks like a mint to me.

And me. Is the stem square in cross-section and us it aromatic if crushed?

Another vote for the top one being mint and the bottom one of the willowherbs and therefore a weed.

Thanks to you all. I'll have a sniff tomorrow and let you know lol.

The top one's mint, possibly chocolate, maybe ginger. Both need containing in some way because they can become rampant.

Thanks everyone. The top one is mint (I should have just sniffed it before putting on this post). I didn't plant either of them so I've no idea where they've come from although perhaps from some other herbs that I had planted nearby at around the same time.
