Rabbits and scaffolding debris netting

Hello
I’m at my wits end. My allotment is infested with rabbits. I have chicken wire fence which makes no difference since little devils just bite their way thorough it. I wonder if scaffolding derbies netting will make any difference at all. I tired dogs hair, garlic/chilli/ washing up liquid mix, double chicken wire etc, nothing keeps fluffy devils from my plot. Help.
