Is it OK to move perennials now?

Is it OK to move perennial plants now? Verbena Bonariensis, Erigeron Stallone, and Liatris. They are all starting to regrow with a couple of inches of new growth.

    Yes, take as much soil around the roots as possible and water in really well. 
    "What is hateful to you, do not do to your neighbour".
