Blueberry tree, heeeelp!

My blueberry tree stopped giving leaves. All shoot died and around February/March it started with flowers, but no leaves, then we had a bit of snow and the flowers died. Now I have a very green branch, but no flowers and no leaves. Should I be worried??? Is it going to die?

    For what it’s worth, my blueberries are seriously behind this year.
    Ok, they have leaves at least, but mainly old ones  few new shoots.
    The flowers are still at a standstill and virtually no berries have started forming.
    This time last year they were looking very, very different.

    It’s the cold weather that’s doing it I think. Leave it till it warms up ,everything has been affected by the weather this year.
