Wisteria advice

See attached image, a new structure is going in place soon.

I am thinking of letting wisteria grow up and over.

This is a south facing garden beside the coast in Dorset, so not too much frost issues in winter months.

Would wisteria work. Would I need two to climb up both sides and meet in the middle? (2.4m high, 7m across?

I am aware there are different types of wisteria, some with flowers the trails various lengths.

I wouldn't want anything that trails too much as need to access bottom half of garden! (maybe 50cm?)

Any ideas, thoughts?
