Tomato disease

Hi ☺️
Has this tomato already had it? Not sure what disease it has. It has black spots on some leaves and some of the ends of branches are wilting, curling and drying up.
Thanks

    It's just about had it.
It's still way too cold for them to be outside - bring it in somewhere warm with plenty of light.
Average temperatures below 12c AT NIGHT will stop growth and it'll slowly die

If it's been outside, that's the problem. It isn't warm enough for them.

My main worry isn’t about this tomato (I have plenty more, at all different stages of development).

I’m worried about it spreading to other plants etc.

Sounds like it is mainly environmental!

My dahlia grown from seed in January: similar issues? (Has been outside for several weeks now)

Too early. It just isn't warm enough outside for these plants - anywhere in the UK.
Overnight temps need to be in double figs consistently for tomatoes. Cold winds and rain don't so them any favours either, which is what many areas are having, when normally they wouldn't.
Dahlias need warmth too or they'll struggle.

There is nothing to 'spread' to other plants.
It's just way too cold outside atm for tropical plants which includes tomatoes and dahlias
