Potting outside

I have a bourgainville

This is a bourganvillea that I recently bought, its in a small pot. Its growing very well and even has new buds on. My question is, would it be OK to put it outside and let it climb, as they do and look amazing, Im not expecting too much given our climate but like to give it a fighting chance.

They are not hardy but can be put outside for the summer and enjoyed but you need to get it back inside before the frosts in autumn.
