Is this fire blight?

I planted a row of crabapple hedges and this has appeared on the leaves on most of the trees.  Can anyone confirm for me if this looks like fire blight and if so what can I do?  I bought these hedges as the ground is quite waterlogged heavy clay and was advised that they would do ok in this soil, but now i'm wondering with all the rain we've had, maybe they weren't the best idea?  They seem to be growing really well apart from these patches.

I think that's just a bit of damage due to the weather - possibly the leaf buds were a bit frosted.  Nothing to worry about.  They look pretty healthy to me!

Does anyone know is this fire blight? iSame thing has happened on our amelanchier for past 4 years, despite all known checks and nurture.  Can anyone help please? Is this tree for the chop, or can it be salvaged? Its3all over the tree except for new growth on tips.

    No it isn't.
As the name suggests, the affected parts look like they have been burned-

My amelanchier has the same on the leaves as yours.
I've not bothered to find out the cause, so will keep an eye on the thread
But it's probably fungal - and untreatable
