Identify please

Can anyone tell me what these are? they're perennial and come up in May. the soft heartshaped leaves in the picture belong to them. they stand about 50cm tall. and the flowers are 8-10cm across

    Doronicum, common name is Leopard’s Bane

    I think they’re Doronicum, don’t know exactly which variety. I’ve tried growing them several times but they’re short lived for me.

    Thank you, that was fast, they were in very deep shade that we cut back a couple of years ago and they have gone wild, I may have to do some pulling as they want to take over the primroses that also live there.
