Grapevine - Are these fruit?

Hello!

The picture below is of my second year grapevine. I have very little experience with growing grapes so not very familiar with its anatomy! I've been noticing these small clusters on some of the vines lately. Will these buds/clusters eventually form into grapes or are these something else completely?? Can't find anything online that resembles this.

Those are flower buds ... later in the year, after the flowers, that’s where the fruit will form.

If it is only in its second year then don't let it carry much if any fruit.  I would limit it to one bunch max just to test for flavour. That will help the plant to concentrate on growth and pay dividends in the future.
