Where to plant beans in veg patch

Hello I am planting my raised bed and I am unsure where I should plant my runner beans? Should I plant them at the back row (against a wall) or along the side of my veg patch? Thank you for any advice.

They need to twine up a support - canes or wires. Some varieties will grow more than 8 feet tall but you can pinch them out when they hit the top of your supports. They are heavy when in full fruit so string or light netting won't hold them up when it gets windy. They like warmth, LOTS of water, plenty of food.

I usually grow mine up wigwams made from hazel sticks and/or bamboo canes so they go where there's room. But given all of the above, put them where you can provide support, water them regularly without drowning neighbouring plants and where the soil is good
