Dried out bamboo leaves

Always water and feed. Any ideas?

    Are they in a pot or in the ground?
    We never feed them in the ground but do water them if needed.

    It's just winter wind damage probably. In a month or so it'll be fully recovered with new leaves I suspect. Mine look worse than normal this year as we've had a lot of cold winds.
