Black eyed Susan at a standstill

I sowed some black eyed susan seeds earlier in the year and they germinated very quickly, growing into 2" seedlings in no time. I potted them on into small individual pots 4 weeks ago and since then - nothing. They're alive and look healthy but they just aren't putting on any growth. What did I do wrong, people???

If they're alive and look healthy, probably nothing. Be patient. You couldn't put them outside yet anyway😊
    In London. Keen but lazy.

They are only annuals and the weather at the moment isn't exactly likely to promote much growth.
As @B3 says ......be patient :)
