The Lidl mag said they were doing acers this week or next week. I haven't visited this week so I can't say if they're any good or even there. Worth a look if there's one nearby.
Waitrose had nice acers. £22 each Lidl had nice paeonias at £7.99 last week

Asda have trays of bedding plants 3 for £5 had all my lobelia from them and some very nice looking petunias. Useful for those who can’t get to garden centres.
I got 3 nice little Acers from BnQ last September for £15. Timed my visit just right as they were clearing stock for the new season and all being marked down. Guy even marked one down lower, especially for me, didn't even ask
Always worth looking for rescue Acers at big stores at the end of summer. Did rescue a couple for £3 a pop from Homebase. They looked dry and defoliated...a year later I discovered one was a beautiful bright green dissectum and the other a purple leaved variety
