Pine apples

Greetings all
A couple of Gardeners world series ago they featured a lady who was growing Pineapple's in Containers/Glasses using only Water.

Where can I view this topic/video again ?

The only form of growing shown on the Gardeners World website at the moment is the standard planting in soil method.

I have been able to view an Australian gentleman doing a video on line. But I would prefer to view the video containing the lady I mentioned earlier.

"after 4 years you might get a pineapple...". If I did this with my granddaughters now I can imagine calling them at uni saying "Guess what!?" and them saying "that's nice Grandma" before rushing off to the pub with their mates.

You can actually produce an edible pineapple in 2 years using soil - need a heated GH tho.
You could then perhaps entice them from the pub by offering a posh "Granny's Pineapple Surprise" cocktail ;)
