Are these flower buds on kiwi plants?

I have 2 types of kiwi plants in my garden - Issai and Jenny. They were planted as tiny plants about 3 years ago and have not fruited so far. In the photos below, are they new flower buds? TIA.

    I haven't seen the kiwi flowers open yet. Are they still in the bud stage in the photo below or are they turning into fruits? Thanks.
