Moving plants

I have a couple of plants (Aster amellus ‘King George’, Caryopteris and Monarda ‘Croftway Pink’) that need moving to another part of the garden due to them not receiving enough sun where they currently are.

Is it ok to move them now or should I wait until autumn/next spring?

Thanks!

If they’ve not got flower buds, and given that we’re currently in a damp spell, I’d go for it now. Dig them up with as large a rootball as possible and water in well.

Yeah, none of them have any signs of buds so I’ll get on with it today. They are relatively young plants so hopefully the rootball won’t be too substantial yet.

     Thanks.
