    Me too @Fairygirl plus they'll grow in deep shade on poor soil, so useful little cheery things. :)

    They grow beautifully in my Beech wood, where a lot of things won't.

    That’s interesting, punkdoc. We have a beech wood, and I’d love to find somewhere to plant some poppies.
