Yucca Jewel Dying

Please help! We bought these very expensive yucca back in November. They all looked a bit worse for wear but we thought it was that they were outside in bad weather conditions.
I've tried to revive them over the past 6 months but I've had no luck. I'm a terrible gardener, please help!
The leaves are turning brown from the tips and spreading up to the base. They're going brown and mushy and have circular patterns so I'm worried it's a fungus or rot.
I've tried repotting them and removing the dead leaves or tips but to no avail.
Please help!
