Plant ID please...

Any idea what this is growing in my garden please?  I though at first it was a foxglove but now its developed candelabra like flower buds but has foxglove like leaves.... it certainly doesn't look like a candelabra primula as I have a number of these in the garden as well.

    I agree, Phlomis russeliana, very nice perennial with yellow flowers later, definitely worth keeping.

    Really.... 'Turkish Sage' - God knows how it got into the garden .... I certainly didn't plant it.... and there aren't any cultivated gardens nearby..... and its all over the garden - except the damper darker areas.  Thanks....

    IT does spread when happy but isn't hard to dig up when necessary.  The flowers will attract pollinators and the seed heads which follow look gorgeous in winter when frosted.
