Die back on Choisya Sundance

1945crewood1945crewood Posts: 170
My two Choisya Sundance plants have some brown and shrivelled leaves which I think may be die back caused by cold weather. Is it OK to cut the brown leaves from the plants or is it best to leave them where they are?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, a cold, dry and windy April has damaged lots of plants and left them thirsty and with crispy leaves.  Give it a good drink of 15 to 20L poured slowly so it soaks in rather than runs off and then prune back any dead, brown stems.   Be sure to use clean, sharp secateurs so you don't introduce disease to the wounds.
