Phoenix Canariensis - how to rescue?
Hi,
I have 2 phoenix canariensis, both planted in (the same size) pots that we've had for about 3 years. They lived merrily next to each other (about 2m apart) on the decking and both looked essentially identical.
We moved house in February and, since then, one of the pair has been gradually going brown. I've tried it in various spots, both in the sun and in the shade, and partially covered or out in the open. It's had plenty of water, and i've fed it a couple of times with slow release feed.
It's brother, on the other hand, is basking perfectly well in its new corner of the garden.
Is it a lost cause - or does it desperately need a trim? If so, where? Or feeding?
Pictures below (these were taken 3 weeks ago, its browner now!)

Grateful for any help.
Thanks
Steve
