Keep flies out of conservatory

We have a South facing garden with a conservatory on the back of the house that gets really hot. When we open the windows to cool it down, it's like a magnet for flies, wasps, bees and even butterflies, who managed to fly in through the pretty small openings. I'm talking at least 20 a day during the peak of summer, which I then either spend ages catching and putting outside again, or give up and leave, and have to sweep up their dead bodies the next morning cos they've frazzled to death. Regularly I'll  spend a good 10 mins catching a bee, release it out the door, only for it to fly straight back in the window again!!

Is there any plant or scent that I could put inside the conservatory that would deter them from coming in? A plant that I could grow outside it that would put them off? Or maybe I could grow a plant nearby that they absolutely love, so on the way to invading the conservatory they see it and think 'oooh no actually I'll go over to this plant instead of inside there!' 🤣

The conservatory is used as my toddler's playroom, so being surrounded by wasps either dead or alive isn't ideal for him.

Thanks all.

Net curtain attached with Velcro.  You can also buy door curtains like that.

We have insectivours plants and they are great at getting the flies.
The smaller flies are better with sundews and butterworts but the pitcher plants are brilliant at attracting the larger flies.
But net curtains are also great.

You can get screens for doors and windows. Most of the warm world uses them. I don't know why they have taken off in the UK. There are also various magnetic screens, whole or in strips. One from Argos here.
