Caryopteris

All of my Caryopteris, which are throughout the garden, have leaves which are are blackened at the tips or darkened and wilting/shrivelled. Is this likely to be due to the frosty April or is something else the cause? If it is frost related, are they likely to bounce back?

Many thanks.

I think it's frost related. Time will tell. They should start re-growing when it warms up.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
