Viburnum Tinus

I have a potted standard Viburnum Tinus.  The leaves and flower heads are turning brown.  The whole plant looks very sorry for itself.  I re-potted it last year. It is approximately 6 years old.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be the problem.

They're usually grown in the ground...wonder if it has gone short on nutrients or water? Can you add a photo to help us a bit?

How often and how much do you water it?  Have you fed it?

How cold has it been.  Even in the ground these are only hardy to -10C and in a pot the wind chill factor will be even more devastating to the foliage and flowers.

I water once a week, and have fed it.  I do wonder if it is the wind chill, but it has been in this position for 3 years now.  It has the most number of flowers on than it has ever had, but they started drooping and have never opened.

How much water?  It will need a lot to counteract the effects of the wind as well a support all those flowers and new foliage at this time of year.  Try doubling or tripling the amount of water as I suspect it's thirsty.
