Plant identification

Hi all. I've just moved into a new house, with a small but mature garden. I'm keen to get planting, but before I dig anything up, I want to identify the existing plants. Can anyone help with the attached? Many thanks!

    1. Hylotelephium 'Herbstfreude' (Sedum)
    2. Leucanthemum x superbum (Shasta Daisy)
    3. Geranium spp, probably Geranium oxonianum 'Wargrave Pink'

    These can be divided and/or moved around if needed.

    Thanks very much! really helpful. The garden is FULL of these three, so I may thin out.
