Perennial Vegetables

in Fruit & veg
I really enjoyed the segment on GW about the perennial vegetables and would be interested in finding out more. Can anyone recommend some good resources, books or tube etc? Or their own experiences?
Am familiar with the common ones you see, perpetual spinach, Jerusalem artichokes, asparagus etc, but interested in learning more so that I can grow a full range of vegetables. I’m toying with having an allotment again if I could focus on perennial vegetables.
