Bay tree frost damage

Hi all , would like folks opinions on what best to do with one of my frost damaged bay trees ? Temp was down to minus 12  in February and this particular bay tree was badly damaged  there is still some green leaves at the bottom but as you can see on  a good part of it the leaves are dead , hopefully it's still alive but should I cut away these brown dead looking leaves of leave them on the tree ? What's the best feed for these trees ? Thanks in advance 😀

Very sad. Our bay tree is in the ground and has been for many many years.
We have had frosts for over 8 weeks and thankfully it hasn't been affected even though many other plants in the garden have.
Could it also be lack of water as it is in a pot?

I wouldn't feed it yet, I would just give it time to see if it recovers. They don't like frost and cold winds but they do often bounce back. Good luck.
