Identifying unmarked CUCUMBER /SQUASH seedlings

OK I done bad! I shoved seeds in pots and thought I would REMEMBER! Can anyone please give me an idea how to identify cucumber from courgette or butternut seedlings? It would be ok if the cucumbers would grow outside the greenhouse! Thanks in advance!

I have got cucumbers, pumpkins and courgettes, they all look identical unfortunately. Sorry, they are labelled, although they can are outdoor cucumbers,I always grow them in a green house because they grow quicker.

My cucumber plants have more pointed leaves and my courgette more rounded, but that might just be the varieties that I have.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

I’ve done that, all my different types of squash and pumpkins got mixed up once I started moving the pots around or potted on. Not enough labels to go round. Especially bad when I’ve got nearly 20 plants.

Naughty, more labels, make them  I bought  wooden lolly sticks,  from craft shop, cheap as chips, write on the pot at least even a code. 1  equals femspot cucumber, 2 big daddy squash and so on. I keep a book, everything grown, where, variety yeald, crop rotation wish lists. Put some pictures let's have a guess

I use coloured drinking straws, cut into 4 short lengths and write one label for each variety. Those all the same get the same colour straw marker, then it doesn't matter how they get moved around. :)
If you grow more varieties than you have colours I guess you could do 2 colour combo's, though I've never had to. You can use the same single colour on other plants too, provided they have sufficiently different leaves, so you can't get muddled.
I collect the markers at planting time and keep them for the following year, though they do fade over time.

Thanks everyone. I knew I was being cavalier - some nice ideas from those more organised than me. I am thinking that they might be cucumbers as I did an earlier seeding of courgettes and I may not have got round to the butternut...I hope haha. I did use wooden stirrers but ran out....

Straws and colour coding is definitely an idea to bear in mind

My cucumber on the left has tendrils and my squash n the right is smaller. My courgette looks like my squash but is way bigger. So if tendrils I would say cucumber, is smaller I would say squash and if huge I would say courgette
