Yellowing Star Jasmine

Hi,
I have a star jasmine that I bought in the reduced section last year, it looked almost dead so I cut it right back and planted it in the garden against a south facing fence and it started to grow back and by the end of summer it looked very healthy and even managed a couple of flowers. It seemed fine all winter then the list few months the foliage has yellowed and it is losing leaves. There doesn't seem to be a great deal of new growth either.

Any suggestions as to what could be happening with it? The camera on my phone doesn't show it well as it seems to try to make colours more vivid.

Mine is also looking bad  :( The weather has been terrible - weeks of drought, then frosts/hail/snow, and still not warming up, especially overnight. I have been watering mine generously, regardless of the rain (especially applies to yours as it is up close to a fence) and I have given it a feed of diluted seaweed with sequestered iron, to make sure it has a good dose of all the nutrients it needs. That might be good for yours, given the yellowing leaves, which are often a sign of nutrient deficiency. I have my fingers crossed.
