Whats wrong with my plants

in Fruit & veg
I left them out today to harden them and it seems like all colour is lost. My plant app is showing its damage by thrips and have got brown spot. Is this looks like infestation or just sun burn. Help a novice gardener 😭😭😭😞😔

    Tomato, courgette, pepper, courgette or squash is that right,,? Difficult to see how big they are,if you have recently purchased them,I wouldn't be attempting to harden them off yet. We've had late Frost, cold winds, give them s bit longer wherever you have them. Are we you eventually planting them outside,?

    @Nanny Beach yes grown them from seeds. Yes eventually planning to put them outside as I don’t have green house. I will keep them inside for now. Thank you though

    Hardening off can be a slow process, depending on the weather.  Start leaving out for an hour on the first day.......

    If you leave them out an hour a day,it will be Christmas before they care garden off! Are you in the UK,, Pu them outside somewhere sheltered and you can bring them in quickly if needed,if there's no frost,start leaving them out longer earlier in the morning,later in the day,then till bedtime. I give them a week,then overnight,again checking temperatures,with a view to them being outside the beginning of June
