Sycamore seedlings

Hi, I am a newbie with gardening but I'm after a different kind of advice. My sycamore tree has produced loads of seedlings and I wondered if anyone knew what I could do with them? I feel it is such a shame to dispose of them all and I was thinking of perhaps donating them somewhere? If such a thing exists. Does anyone know of anything like this?
Thanks!

No one will want them. Put them on the compost heap. That isn't disposing, but recycling😊

They are the worst weed trees to leave unchecked in domestic gardens. It cost us a lot of money to get a massive one removed that was creating impenetrable shade in our new garden. Pull them up you're doing the gardeners of the future a huge favour.

Everyone's sycamore trees (plus all the 'wild' ones) will have produced just as many seedlings as yours has ... I know it seems counter-intuitive to destroy potential trees, but trust me ... they're not needed anywhere.  If they weren't in your garden most of them would be eaten by rabbits, sheep etc ... a few will escape and grow to maturity ... that's enough.   :)

I've got more than a dozen mature sycamores around my patch and it's rare to see a seedling.
Ours are beautiful trees and we love them, but we are in a rural area where there is room for them to grow and not be nuisance. The bigger ones are larger than I can get my arms round and a sapling only has to escape for a year or so, before it is really hard to get out. Not appropriate in a more urban setting.

amyheester  All the above is excellent advice but I'm hoping, either in your property or those of your neighbours, there are no horses.  The fallen seeds in autumn can be fatal to them as a neighbour of ours found to his cost.

I wish the neighbouring golf course would chop dow  their sycamore - it keeps seeding everywhere in my garden. I'd have it taken down if it was mine.

I have a large dark sycamore type tree but I dont remember that ever dropping seeds. Could it be infertile? Or is it not a sycamore?
