What to plant with trailing rosemary in a pot

    I'm not sure I like the name Rampant Boule though. A bit off-putting.

    I thought plants are less hardy in pots than planted in soil as its warmer @LG_ but I suppose it's better to keep a young plant in pot for a couple of years so that you can bring it in on the cold months and then plant it in Spring when it's more established.

    That is true. However, it's a purely aesthetic decision in my case (also I've nowhere for something to trail if it's not in a pot!).

    Gardening is all about aesthetics (unless its fruit & veg), that's why I am potting mine.

    All done, my first potted plant. I didn't have much room to play with as it was a tight squeeze. Hopefully they will all get along.
