How do you edit your profile

I wrote my profile description about 10 years ago and it is now out of date so I tried to change it and it said I don't have permission to do that. Help @Daniel Haynes

    Click on your name next to your icon on the top black banner, then click on the little person top right and you will see ‘edit profile’

    I did that, didn't work. It gave me a box to type in then said I don't have permission.

    I've just tried that and when you click on save you get a message saying that you don't have permission to do that.
    I think that is what is happening to Busy Lizzie.

    I just tried it and it worked for me Lizzie. I get the ‘you don't have permission’ message sometimes for simple things, like replying to a post when I’m logged on. Usually when my internet is playing up. Maybe try again later?

    Yes, @Pauline 7, that's what happens. Tried several times.

    I’ve just actually edited mine by adding a full stop and the change was saved. Some sort of blip for some browsers and not others, perhaps? I’m on an iPad. If you are too, no idea!

    I couldn't edit mine a few months ago.
