Tomato problem

Help!  I potted on my tomatoes last weekend and something is happening to the leaves.  They've been kept inside my conservatory from seed and were doing really well until this.  The upper part of the plants is still healthy but the lowest leaves seem blanched.  I've never seen this before, does anyone have any idea what has caused it?

It looks like cold damage.  Maybe a bit wet or it’s been outside.  If the rest of it’s good I’d not worry.  When you pot it on next time into either it’s big pot or the ground you’ll need to bury it deep so won’t see them. Just snip them off.

Thanks Lyn.  I had to do the potting on outside as it makes such a mess.  The wind was blowing and it was a bit chilly, so perhaps even those 10 or 15 mins outside was enough to shock them.  You've put my mind at rest, thanks.

It would have been,  I put a tray of dahlia seedling outside for about 10/15 minutes while I had a sort out,  next morning some of their leaves had turned white.

Thanks Lyn.  It's reassuring to know they'll be ok.  And I'll be more careful next time.

Hi @tumeric  Mine did the same early April - I'm in the S. of France. Quite a shock.  I kept them indoors after that and they recuperated nicely.  It's just the cold.

Thanks tuikowhai34.  I don't want to lose them and I hadn't seen anything like it before.  I'm reassured now.
