Weather damage to wisteria flower ?

Hi everyone got a lovely wisteria floribunda. Bought last year, to my surprise it’s flowered this year. Sadly we’ve had awful weather over weekend. Some of the flowers look a bit worse for wear (see pictures) but most seem fine. Would the weather, strong winds and rain etc cause flower damage ? Or possibly another issue

    Frost damage? Ours is now double fleeced

    Ys, I think the weather, especially those cold winds are largely to blame. My well established wisteria has been similarly affected.
