Chilli plant mystery illness!

Hello all. I'm hoping someone with some better knowledge of chillis or just young plants in general can help me on this problem. My chilli plants are coming along nicely but I'm seeing more leaves like the picture attached and can now spot in developing on healthy leaves. If anyone can identify the issue and maybe give me some advice on how to tackle it, I'd be incredibly grateful. Many thanks!
