Grape Vine advice

I have recently moved house and the previous owner had this grape vine. I have no idea about things like this but would like to learn. It appears overgrown and in need of some care but I havent the first idea on where to start. Can anyone recommend the best course of action and when it should be done. Thanks :smile:

Thanks everyone. I'll see what they do this year and then cut it right back when its dormant! I may be back then for some more advice
