Might a half barrel work?

Unfortunately I think you’ll have to steel yourself for disappointment. Lots of suppliers are out of stock (Brexit, Covid, port delays, lack of container availability, rise in gardening’s popularity), especially in large sizes.
I like the IKEA pots but believe the largest they do is 35 cm. I also keep an eye on our Freecycle sites and auction houses and virtually never see large terracotta pots listed - though reconstituted stone is quite common. Architectural antiques suppliers like Thompsons and Rutland Garden Classics near us know full well the value, and scarcity, of large terracotta pots so there are no bargains to be had there. Your best bet is likely to be ‘collection in person only’ on eBay.
The one bright spot is to ask if you really need such a large pot. In local garden centres, including one in Oundle that specialises in olives, I am surprised at the modest size of pots compared to the bulk of the tree. Wide, shallow pots are favoured.
and it would certainly be big enough.
