Anya potatoes pink marks in flesh. Is this normal?

Bought some to try but noticed some have a pink ring in the middle. If it was black, I'd compost them. Is the pink ring normal for these spuds?

I have never noticed this in the ones we’ve grown then eaten.

Oh well, I'm sure they're not poisonous. Thanks @BenCotto

One of Anya's parent varieties is Pink Fir Apple, so the colour will be genetic.  Nothing to worry about.  :)

I would guess they have been stored a bit cold.
