Can anyone please help to identify this allium. Smells distinctly of onion/garlic but doesn’t flower

  I never plant alliums in borders as don’t like their untidy leaves so at a loss as to where they have come from and they are multiplying fast!

  I suspect  a bird has seeded an onion. I had the same in shingle they came through that and weed membrane every year but  not  many now I had never grown any kind of allium at that point
