Pak Choi seeds

I sowed some seedlings left over from last year 2 weeks ago in the green house but unfortunately it’s not germinating. I had no problems last time.   What could have gone wrong ?

    Cold night temps ? Weather a bit different this Spring.

    Perhaps,  I should have sowed it indoors. Should I leave it a bit longer to see if it would germinate?  Appreciate your thoughts. Thanks

    Have had to sow seeds indoors as the temps have been so cold to allow us to sow in the polytunnel.....forget about outside.
    Pak choi inside are now small seedlings in the polytunnel.
    Kohlrabi sown indoors and should be ok to out into the polytunnel next week.
    Frost still here on the Somerset Levels in May!!
