help with patchy grass

hello, I'm wondering if anybody knows why my grass is growing patchy like so?
we have a small dog who goes to the toilet outside, I use dog rocks in his water to neutralise his urine, we laid the turf around one year ago, the ground underneath was rotivated and de weeded several times before adding top soil and laying the turf, I kept it well watered for the first few months, at the start of April on a dry weekend I mowed and airated the lawn on a sunny weekend and spread plenty of grass seed (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07JGK7RRW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_TWMS81EQ36KPETXQ97JH?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1)
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I can't see a lot wrong with it to be honest. Dog wee will leave patches of darker green grass and grow more lushly usually with a dead bit in the middle. We used sulphar rocks for our dog, cheaper and probably just as ineffective.
If you have overseeded your turf with grass seed it's going to look very different as it grows.
I'm not sure why you felt the need to overseed as now you have the problem that your old grass needs a mowing and your new grass shouldn't be mowed but make sure you use the highest setting on your mower and it probably will be OK.

I don't know why it's patchy although I suspect it's from the nitrogen in the dog's wee. Mowing little and often would make the difference less obvious.
