Pear Tree (uknown age) damage to leafs and fruit.

Hello to all.
Pretty new to having more than a spice pot so please be easy on me...
We recently moved to a new home that came with one Pear tree, Two Apple trees, one amazing Peach tree, an Apricot bush and several Blueberries bush.
This is the first year I got a handle on pruning the trees and the Pear tree is doing pretty amazing compared to last year. The fruit yield is remarkable (10s compared to 3-4 last year) I have however noticed that many of the young pears are damaged and some leafs as well. Please see picture attached.
The tree is pretty tall (around 10feet+ ) and is currently sitting on the border with the lawn and a potting bed. It seems like there are many baby pears affected by this and some leafs. (also damage to the stems which cuts the pears altogether from the tree) I am hoping there is still something to do in effort to save the remaining pears from destruction.
Thank you for all the help in advance.
