New turf dying

Hi everyone I placed a new turf few weeks ago unfortunately after the first cut I’ve seen a lot of brown/dead spots. If someone can help me what to do because I have no idea why the grass looks so bad...

Not easy to be sure, but the first thing to think about is, has it had plenty of water since it was laid? It might have been allowed to get dry before it had fully rooted into the soil underneath.
The second thing is it looks as if you've cut it pretty short. It should be just taking off a small amount each time - little and often is generally best for lawn mowing.
Another possibility is that maybe some areas weren't in good contact with the soil and didn't root.
It might grow to fill out the small brown areas in time, but if not you'll need to rake out the dead stuff and oversow with some matching seed and a bit of topsoil.

Almost certainly scalped on the first cut.  Keep it watered and don't cut it again for a few weeks even though it will start to look untidy.  That will give the bare patches a chance to recover.
