Discoloured spots in tomato leaves

Hi
i have some tomatoes indoors, I did sow the mmm back in March, and I have found some discoloured spots in some leaves. Any idea what might be the problem?

    I can't see anything particularly wrong with the leaf.
    Looking at the photo, it's not easy to see if the plant has a decent amount of compost to grow in - it may just need repotting.
    If the leaf develops raised blisters, it's likely to be too much watering

    Does it need repotting?
    Is the compost too wet?
    Whatever it is, I don't think it's a disease - it's down to the environment the plant is in
